In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the cor77 platform, creating an Account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the cor77 platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

To open and maintain an Account on cor77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

cor77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to cor77's satisfaction. All decisions regarding eligibility are made at cor77's sole discretion and are final.

To register an Account on cor77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the cor77 platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cor77 may, at its discretion: (a) close all associated Accounts; (b) void all pending bets and wagers placed from those Accounts; and (c) forfeit all Bonus Funds held across those Accounts.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, cor77 requires all Players to complete a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. You will be required to submit copies of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) confirming your full name and date of birth;
• Proof of ownership of your nominated withdrawal account (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja);

cor77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Accounts that fail or are unable to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is satisfactorily concluded.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cor77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cor77 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your cor77 Account that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing cor77 from a shared or public device;

cor77 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to take reasonable security precautions or from your deliberate or negligent disclosure of your credentials to a third party.

All deposits made to a cor77 Account must be funded from a payment source that is registered in the Player's own name. cor77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (where the Player's name is not the primary account holder), or anonymous payment sources.

Accepted Deposit Methods: cor77 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Virtual Account (VA) transfer where available.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time at cor77's discretion.

Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited to your cor77 Account balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside cor77's control. If a deposit has not been credited within thirty (30) minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

cor77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own funds may be returned to the source account, with associated winnings voided.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name and matching the name on their verified cor77 Account. cor77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Conditions for Withdrawal: A Player must satisfy all of the following conditions before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed;
• The withdrawal amount consists entirely of Real Money Funds or winnings derived from completed wagering requirements;
• No active investigation, fraud review, or account suspension is in progress;
• The minimum withdrawal amount for the selected channel has been met (displayed in your Account dashboard).

Processing Times: cor77 targets the following processing windows for withdrawal requests:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other local banks): typically within five (5) minutes, available seven days a week including Indonesian public holidays;

• During peak periods or enhanced due diligence reviews, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

cor77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers its internal risk or anti-money laundering controls. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

cor77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over who have a verified cor77 Account in good standing;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for gaming purposes until all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation;

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. cor77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious system error has occurred;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. cor77 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side;
• Odds and paylines are displayed within each game and are subject to change without prior notice. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet's settlement;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cor77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited at cor77's discretion:

• Opening, accessing, or operating more than one Account on the cor77 platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent cor77's security, fraud detection, or anti-money laundering systems through any means including VPNs, proxy servers, or anonymisation tools;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the cor77 platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or card game products;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party or acting as a payment intermediary;

cor77 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate information published on the platform, to the extent that such information was published in good faith;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by circumstances outside cor77's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, force majeure events, acts of government, or third-party payment system failures;
• Any loss arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions or from the Player's negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude cor77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

cor77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cor77 uses your personal data for the following principal purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and KYC verification;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and maintaining accurate financial records;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct;

Final Decisions: Decisions made by cor77 regarding the application of these Terms & Conditions to specific game outcomes, bonus settlements, or Account actions are made in good faith and with reference to available evidence. While cor77 will always consider Player representations, its decisions on such matters are final where all available information has been reviewed.
